Sometimes, the best breakfast is a quick and sweet one.
This is *so* not a typical breakfast for us mostly-paleo eaters (and probably not the best fuel as I prepare to head out to my Olympic Lifting seminar this weekend). But you cannot mention certain foods to a pregnant woman (in this case, cinnamon rolls) without her thinking about them every.single.day until she finally has to break down, get some and eat them. Ahhhhh! Craving satisfied!
